- WARGAMING AND TABLETOP GAMINGBasecoat of black then did a drybrush of white. The idea is to make it look like a "fog of war" on the unexplored places of the map. Hope that will make the finished painted pieces pop even more! Im starting with the tile above the text Circus. Im thinkin the story will be about a guardsman at the city gate
- WARGAMING AND TABLETOP GAMINGLet's build an epic world! Im making a map, the reason i got a Hexmap system was not only to sell on our page. It was to create a fantasy world! But thats not enough. I want this map to represent a living world, with its own history, people and monsters living and roaming around in this world, maybe some have set up a home in a town or made a lair in the deep woods. This is the pieces we have to start with, there are many and depending on how we build up the story of the world it will change and grow over time. So If you want to take part pick a tile/tiles and write its history, when we are happy with your hex-piece story i will paint it and we will see the world come alive!
- GAMESMany fans have taken to social media to express their disappointment and frustration with Ubisoft's decision to lock content behind a paywall, especially for a game that is predominantly single-player. Some feel that this move goes against the spirit of gaming and is simply a cash grab tactic. It's understandable that game developers and publishers need to make money to sustain their business, but there are definitely more consumer-friendly ways to do so. Locking content behind a paywall on day one feels like a slap in the face to loyal fans who are eager to experience everything the game has to offer without having to shell out for additional content. It remains to be seen how Ubisoft will respond to the backlash surrounding Star Wars Outlaws' Season Pass controversy. Hopefully, they will listen to the feedback from fans and reconsider their approach to post-launch content. In the meantime, many fans are left feeling conflicted about their excitement for the game and hesitant to support these kinds of practices in the gaming industry. What are you thoughts about it?Like
